Receta Shanghai Bok Choy With Oyster Sauce

- 8 x heads Shanghai baby bok choy halved
- Â Â (or possibly 1 reg bok choy cut into 6" pcs)
- 1 c. reduced sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp ThickenThin Not/Starch thickener
- Â Â Chili oil to taste
Direcciones
- Cook bok choy in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water 5 min, till tender but still hard. Drain well.
- In a small saucepan, bring broth and oyster sauce to a simmer. Stir in thickener; cook 2 min. Add in chili oil to taste; pour over bok choy. Toss gently to coat.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
