  • 8 x heads Shanghai baby bok choy halved
  •     (or possibly 1 reg bok choy cut into 6" pcs)
  • 1 c. reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp ThickenThin Not/Starch thickener
  •     Chili oil to taste

Direcciones

  1. Cook bok choy in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water 5 min, till tender but still hard. Drain well.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring broth and oyster sauce to a simmer. Stir in thickener; cook 2 min. Add in chili oil to taste; pour over bok choy. Toss gently to coat.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
