Ingredientes
- 1 pound beef sirloin
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 green pepper, cut in wide strips
- 6 sm. tomatoes, halved
Direcciones
- Trim fat from meat. Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Mix vinegar, oil, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Marinate meat into mix for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Remove meat and alternate on 4 skewers with green pepper and tomatoes. Brush with marinade. Broil 4 inches from heat about 10 min, turning once. Yield: 4 servings. 1 serving (1 skewer) : 3 lean meat; 2 vegetable; 1/2 fat; 244 calories.
