Receta Shish Kebob With Lamb, Cherry Tomatoes & Peppers
Ingredientes
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. oregano
Direcciones
- 1. Combine marinade ingredients in a pan, stirring well.
- 2. Marinate lamb for 1 to 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- 3. Place all ingredients on skewers, alternating meat, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and pepper squares.
- 4. Broil or possibly barbecue 10 to 12 min for medium rare, basting the entire skewer with marinade. Serves 4.
