Receta Shoestring Potato Candy

Ingredientes
- 1 (12 ounce.) bag butterscotch chips
- 6 ounce. pecans or possibly peanuts
- 2 (1 3/4 ounce.) cans shoestring potatoes
Direcciones
- Heat the butterscotch chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the nuts and potatoes. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let it stand about 30 min; till candy hardens. Makes about 3 dozen pcs.
- Fudge is tricky and time consuming. Just what you do not need with a roomful of ravening beasts. This is cheater's fudge but it's good.
