Receta Shredded Beef In Oyster Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound shredded beef (flank steak)
- 1/4 c. bamboo shoots, shredded
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 sm. pcs fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 scallion, sliced
Direcciones
- Marinate beef at least 30 min (the longer, the better). Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil in wok. Saute/fry ginger and garlic. Add in bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Stir-fry 2 min. Add in beef, fry 3 min.
- To mix sauce mix together water, cornstarch and sherry. Add oyster sauce. Pour in sauce mix into wok. Cook till boiling. Add in oyster sauce (additional). Garnish with scallions. Serve with warm rice.
