Receta Shrimp Ala Marinara

Ingredientes
- 3 c. basic tomato sauce (meatless)
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano or possibly basil
- 1 1/2 pound med. shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic, cut finely
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Brown cleaned shrimp and garlic for 2 min in warm extra virgin olive oil (DON'Tablespoons BURN). Add in tomato sauce and oregano or possibly basil to oil and shrimp. Simmer 7 to 10 min gently. Pour over freshly boiled spaghetti. Serves 4. Good with garlic bread.
