- 2 bottles Heinz shrimp cocktail sauce
- 2 cans small shrimp
- 4 c. diced celery
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped

- Mix together: 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt 2 T prepared horseradish 1/2 c. sugar (more if you like) 1/4 c. lemon juice 3 T vinegar Salt to tasteMix in gallon bottle; refrigerate overnight. Makes 30 (5 ounce) servings.
