Receta Shrimp Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (lite cream cheese may be used)
- 1/2 pkg. plain gelatin
- 2 tbsp. cool water
- 1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 2 cans sm. shrimp, liquid removed
- 1 can chopped clams, liquid removed
- 4 ounce. cheddar cheese, diced
- Freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Combine soup and cream cheese in saucepan and heat till cream cheese melts. Stir till mix is smooth. Dissolve gelatin in water and add in to soup mix. Remove from heat and cold. In a large mixing bowl combine all other ingredients. Then add in the cooled soup mix and mix well. Chill overnight. Serve with crackers and/or possibly celery and carrot sticks. Always a big hit.
