Receta Commander's Shrimp Dip

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce cream cheese -- softened
- 1/4 tsp curry pwdr
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. chutney -- (i used major grey's)
- 1 c. shrimp -- cooked, peeled & diced
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. canned green chilies -- (i used ortega) (my addition)
Direcciones
- Blend together cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, curry pwdr, garlic pwdr and chutney. Add in chilies and shrimp. Blend just a little. Better if refrigerated overnight. Serve with crackers or possibly chips.
- NB: The published recipe called for a Tbsp. of curry pwdr. I thought 1/4 Tsp. was sufficient. Start with which and add in more if desired. Passed the tennis team test.
