Ingredientes
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked & deveined & minced fine
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced fine
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced fine
- Celery, minced fine
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise to bind together
- Lemon juice to taste
- Ritz crackers
Direcciones
- Use equal amounts of onion, green pepper and celery. Mix all ingredients using mayonnaise to bind together. Add in the lemon juice to taste. Serve in a bowl with a butter knife and Ritz crackers. It is easy and delicious!
