- 12 ounce. fresh or possibly frzn peeled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tbsp. dry sherry

- Thaw shrimp if frzn. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add in shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, for 1-3 min or possibly till shrimp turns pink. Stir in parsley and sherry. Serve over your favorite pasta. Makes 4 servings.
