  1. Marinate shrimp in soy sauce, sherry and 1 Tbsp. of cornstarch for 30 min. Saute/fry 1 green onion and 1 garlic clove in oil for 1 minute. Add in marinated shrimp; stir-fry 3 min. Add in garlic and chicken stock; cover, simmer 5 min. Thicken sauce with remaining cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp. water. Garnish with remaining onion.
