Receta Simple Pickled Beets
Ingredientes
- 1 can sliced beets (reserve juice)
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. beet juice
- 1/2 med. onion, sliced thin (optional)
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients in pot except beet juice. Boil or possibly simmer 5 min. Drain vinegar-sugar mix. Place beets in serving bowl. Add in 1/2 c. of beet juice and chill.
