Receta Simple Stir Fry
Ingredientes
- Carrot slices
- Celery slices
- Broccoli, cut into sm. pcs
- Cauliflower, cut into sm. pcs
- Fresh mushrooms (optional)
- Onion chunks (optional)
- Pineapple chunks
- Boneless chicken breasts, cut into sm. pcs
- Zucchini (optional), cut into sm. pcs
Direcciones
- Stir fry the above vegetables in a small amount of peanut oil. Remove and stir fry the chicken pcs. Remove and make sauce: 4 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce, 4 Tbsp. 57 Sauce, 1/2 c. chili sauce, juice from 1 can pineapple chunks, and 3 Tbsp. flour. Combine sauce ingredients and stir till thick. Add in vegetables, chicken, and serve over rice.
