Ingredientes
- Organic corn tortilla chips
- Organic refried beans
- Chicken pcs, cut up or possibly grnd turkey
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce, (head, Romaine)
- Light lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Mix beans and chicken or possibly grnd cooked turkey together and hot. Take chips and crush up into bowls. Fold in bean mix and sprinkle cheese over. Tear lettuce into small pcs and place in bowl with the rest of the salad. Chop up small pcs of tomatoes and add in also. Then add in lowfat sour cream and guacamole (avocado and salsa).
