A nice and simple side dish but very flavorful. The shrimp added a sumptuous kick to the dish.

  1. Saute the onion, garlic, tomato, and prawns.
  2. Stir fry in hot canola oil while adding some salt and peppers.
  3. Add the sitsaro veggies and stir fry more.
  4. Once shrimp turned pink, add the 1/2 cup of shrimp broth.
  5. Let it simmer until shrimp and sitsaro are tender according to liking.
  6. Pour on a serving plate.
