Receta Six Layer Mexican Dip

Ingredientes
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans refried beans or possibly lg. can bean dip
- 1 c. minced green onions
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 ripe tomatoes, minced
- 2 sm. cans black olives
- 1 c. Picante sauce, mild
Direcciones
- Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Then combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise in another bowl. To assemble, spread beans in a long oblong dish or possibly a large round one. Top with the avocado mix, layer with lowfat sour cream mix. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, and olives. Cover with grated cheese. Top all with Picante sauce. Serve with chips. This makes a huge dip.
