Receta Slow Cooked Chinese Pork Roast

Ingredientes
- 2 to 3 pound pork roast
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 2 minced green onions
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except pork roast.
- Place roast in oven-proof dish which just fits the roast. Cover with remaining mixed ingredients. Cover pan tightly.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 4 to 5 hrs.
