Receta Slow Cooked Detox Soup
Ingredientes
- 2 cans (about 28 ounces) of chopped tomatoes
- 6 ounces of dry lentils, washed
- 1 can (15 oz) 50% less sodium red kidney beans
- 4 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 red, yellow or orange pepper, chopped
- 8 ounces of brown baby bellas, thickly sliced mushrooms, or any dried mushrooms
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- About 1 to 2 teaspoons of Marlene’s own 12 spice seasoning (see recipe below)
- 8 cups of water
