Receta Slow Cooker Hamburger Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 env. dry onion soup
- 3 c. boiling water
- 8 ounce. can tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. macaroni, cooked & liquid removed
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Crumble beef into electric slow cooker (crock pot). Add in pepper, oregano, basil, salt and dry soup mix. Stir in water, tomato sauce and soy sauce. Add in celery and carrots. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hrs. Turn to high heat and add in cooked macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook 10-15 min.
