Receta Slow Cooked Taco Stew
Ingredientes
- 16 ounces 93/7 lean ground beef, cooked
- 1 can (15 ounce) white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 ounce) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup canned corn
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 package of your favorite taco seasoning
- Combine all the ingredients into your slow cooker
- Set to high for 4 hours or if you prefer you can set to low for 8 hours
- Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- 9 pp per serving (includes 2 Tablespoons of Greek yogurt)
- add extra pp depending on how much cheese you decide to add.
- 1 ounce of low-fat shredded Mexican cheese is 1 PP
