Receta Slow Cooker Rice Pudding

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 quart. lowfat milk, scalded
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2/3 c. minced dates or possibly raisins
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. rice, cooked
Direcciones
- In slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover. Cook at medium setting for 2 hrs. Stir after 1 hour. Reduce temperature to keep hot for serving or possibly refrigeratein refrigerator and serve cool. Serve with light cream, if you like.
- Makes 10 to 12 servings.
