- 2 Tbsp mild-flavored (light) molasses
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
