Receta Smoked Salmon & Capers over Linguine
This fast, flavorful meal is a crowd-pleaser!
Ingredientes
- 1 4-oz. Smoked Salmon Fillet (I use Echo Falls Cajun Flavor found near the fish counter at my local grocery store)
- 1 Green Pepper, sliced in thin strips
- 1 Yellow Pepper, sliced in thin strips
- 3 tbs. Olive Oil
- 3 tbs. Capers
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 lb Linguine, cooked to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for topping
- Salt, for pasta water and to taste
Direcciones
- Boil salted water and cook noodles to taste. Drain and cover, set aside.
- Heat large saute pan. Add olive oil, capers, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and cook until tender, not soft and should still be bright in color.
- Add salmon and heat through.
- Add pasta to pan and warm through.
- Serve in large bowl and top with cheese if desired.
