- 1/2 pound smoked salmon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise

- Gently flake and mash salmon in large mixing bowl. Combine with rest of ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers or possibly fresh vegetables.
