Receta Smoky Chili
Ingredientes
- 1 cup dried beans (i used a mix of red kidney and black) OR 3 cups canned beans
- 2-3 chipotle peppers in adobo, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 24oz can of crushed tomatoes (Red Gold is best)
- 1 cup corn kernels (frozen or canned is fine)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp cumin, or more taco seasoning
