  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (or more to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked sea salt (can substitute standard sea salt)
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 18 slice Spanish dry-cured chorizo
  • chopped flat leaf parsley (to taste)

    I haven't tried a gazpacho myself but reading your recipe makes me wonder.... sounds wonderful flavors put altogether! I would check this one soon... and more of your recipes. Thanks for sharing!
