Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Frog legs
  • 1 c. All-purpose flour
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. Veg. oil
  • 2 med Onions minced
  • 2 x Tender inside celery stalks minced
  • 1 sm Bell pepper minced
  • 4 x Green onions with onion bulb minced
  • 2 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. Season the flour to taste with salt and pepper. Season frog legs to taste, like fried chicken. Coat well in seasoned flour. Brown frog legs well, in heavy skillet, in oil. Remove meat and add in onions, celery, bell pepper and green onions and cook about 10 min. Add in water and bring to simmering bubbles. Reduce heat and add in meat. Cover and simmer till tender. About 30 to 45 min.
