Ingredientes
- 1 pt chocolate Simple Pleasures (frzn dessert made with simpless)
- 8 ounce Light frzn whipped topping, such as Light Cold Whip
- 1 x (2oz) package sugar free chocolate pudding
- 1/4 c. crunch, low-fat, low salt peanut butter
- Â Â Light frzn whipped topping and
- Â Â sprigs of fresh mint
Direcciones
- Soften frzn dessert and whipped topping. Place in large bowl of electric mixer and mix till combined. Add in chocolate pudding, straight from the box, and peanut butter; mix till blended. Spoon into a square or possibly rectangular plastic container. Smooth the top. Cover and place in freezer till frzn.
- To serve: Cut into squares. Garnish with additional whipped topping and mint.
- Yield: 8 servings
- This is a dessert for diabetics! Given by a friend whose husband had had a heart attack and also was diabetic. She gave it to me as my DH is also diabetic!!! But, it is so good, no one will care it's a more healthy dessert.
