Ingredientes
- 2-4 pound pot roast

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms (liquid removed) or possibly 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2/3 c. sherry (or possibly water may be used in place of wine)
- Mix all ingredients together. Put in a covered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs. (Gravy is great for mashed or possibly baked potatoes.) Serves 2-4.
