Receta Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked & cubed chicken
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 12 corn tortillas
- 4 ounce. can minced green chilies
- 10 ounce. can mild enchilada sauce
- (You can add in canned lowfat milk or possibly 1 can of cream of chicken soup)
- 2 c. shredded Jack cheese
Direcciones
- Combine chicken, lowfat sour cream, green chilies, salt and pepper. Heat tortillas in microwave, fill each with mix and roll up. Place in baking pan and cover with sauce and then cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min.
