Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach
- 1 bunch green onions or possibly scallions
- Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Drain unthawed spinach in cheesecloth. Place all ingredients in blender, mix. Refrigerate till serving. Can be made up to 2 days in advance. Serve with broccoli, cauliflower, 1/4 lb snow peas, 1/4 lb green beans, 1 small zucchini and 1 small cucumber.
