Receta Sour Cream Sugar Cookies

Ingredientes
- 6 c. flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Raisins for cookie centers
Direcciones
- Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt together. Add in shortening and cut in like pie crust. Add in the sugar and Large eggs. Put the baking soda in the lowfat sour cream (stir over bowl) and add in to the flour mix, then add in the vanilla; mix well. Refrigeratein refrigerator. Roll out, cut in desired shape; put a raisin in center of each cookie and bake in a 375 degree oven for about 8 min or possibly till edges are slightly browned.
