Ingredientes
- 2 lb skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeno jelly
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca quick cooking
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Rinse and pat dry chicken and set aside
- 2. Cobine remaining ingredients in a crockpot and place chicken on top.
- 3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hrs or possibly on low for 3 to 3/2 hrs.
- Serving Ideas : Serve with black beans, avocado slices and flour tortillas
