Receta Soy Sugar Marinade For Bbq Spareribs

Ingredientes
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 2 slc Fresh ginger root
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Mince garlic and ginger root; then combine with remaining ingredients.
- 2. Rub mix over spareribs. Let stand 1 hour; then roast.
- VARIATIONS:1. For the regular soy sauce, substitute 5 Tbsp. light soy sauce and 1-1/2 tsp. heavy soy sauce.
- 2. Omit the ginger root. Substitute a second garlic clove. Add in 2 Tbsp. sherry and 1/2 tsp. each of grnd cinnamon, anise and cloves. Omit the pepper.
- 3. Add in 2 tsp. brown bean sauce, mashed; and 1/2 tsp. grnd cinnamon.
