  • 4 cups Newly cooked rice
  • 2 shallots, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and grated or minced
  • 1/2 tsp annatto powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Heat pan until butter is melted. Add onions and garlic.
  2. Combine turmeric and annatto powder. Mix well, add to the pan.
  3. Stir thoroughly until everything is distributed evenly.
  4. Pour mixture on warm steamed rice.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
