Receta Speedy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Smooth or possibly crunchy peanut butter
- 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips (1 c.)
- 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. Heavy cream or possibly lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- In a 2-qt glass bowl, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, marshmallows, cream and vanilla. Place in a microwave oven and heat on HIgh 1 1/2 to 2 min, or possibly till marshmallows are melted and mix is smooth when stirred. Turn into a foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan. Let cold 1/2 hour, then chill till hard. Cut into 1-inch squares.
