- 6 med Apples,hard Sugar substitute to equal)))
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 stk cinnamon
- 3 whl cloves
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cranberry juice,unsweetened
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Wash and core apples; slice unpeeled into thick slices. Place in flat pan. Combine remaining ingredients, and boil 5 min. Reserve 1/4 c. juice mix, and set aside. Pour remaining juice mix over apple slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till apples slices appear transparent; baste occasionally with the 1/4 c. juice mix. Serve Warm or possibly Cool as a garnish for your Salad. Or possibly by itself: Yield: 12 - 1/2 c. serving.
