- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- For rolling:
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of cayenne pepper
