Receta Spicy Corn Relish
Great condiment to have on hand. Goes with so many dishes.
Ingredientes
- 15 OUNCES CANNED (OR FROZEN) CORN KERNELS
- ONE JALAPENO PEPPER (REMOVE SEEDS AND STEM)
- ONE ROASTED RED PEPPER CHOPED FINELY
- 1/2 STALK OF CELERY DICED
- 1/2 TEASPOON RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC SALT
- BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1/4 ONION FINELY DICED
- DRIZZLING OF GOOD OLIVE OIL
- APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, TO TASTE
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients into a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- We love this and I always have it available
- Note: If using frozen corn kernels, cook first for 4-5 minutes, allow to cool add to bowl with other ingredients.
