Receta Steamed Spicy Corn Salad
Steamed Spicy Corn Salad is one of the easiest salad recipes. It has the natural sweetness of corn coupled with tanginess of raw mango and lot of spices to go along.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups Steamed Sweet Corn (use fresh one instead of canned corn)
- 3/4 cup Diced Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Grated Raw Mango
- 1/2 cup Thinly chopped Onions
- 1/2 tsp Finely chopped Green Chilles
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Finely chopped Coriander leaves (for Garnishing)
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped Mint Leaves
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients except the Coriander leaves. Give it is a nice toss until all the spices mix well.
- Now, garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and serve.
