- 4 lrg Fresh tomatoes peeled, seeded,

- 1 Tbsp. Seeded, finely-minced fresh jalapeno

- 2 Tbsp. Finely-minced cilantro
- 1 sm Red onion finely minced
- 1 med Garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
- Â Â (or possibly 1 tspn freshly-squeezed lemon juice)
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Taste for seasoning. Cover and chill.
