Fried Hot Links with peper shrimp scampi

Direcciones

  1. Cut hot links into 1/2 inch rings and fry in large frying pan and fry on medium-high heat for 5 min. Stir periodically to prevent burning. Do Not add oil or butter, links render own oils
  2. Slice bell perppers and onion in 1/4 inch rings. Set aside
  3. Peal garlic and slice each clove into 3 pieces. Set aside
  4. Add butter,vegetables and seasonings and mix well
  5. Add raw shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink.
  6. Reduce heat to low, add water and simmer for 20 min.
