Receta Spicy Shrimp & links
Fried Hot Links with peper shrimp scampi
Ingredientes
- 1 lb. Jumbo Tiger Shrimp
- 4-6 Hot links
- Stop Light Bell Pepper Trio
- Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Season Salt
- 1 cup water
Direcciones
- Cut hot links into 1/2 inch rings and fry in large frying pan and fry on medium-high heat for 5 min. Stir periodically to prevent burning. Do Not add oil or butter, links render own oils
- Slice bell perppers and onion in 1/4 inch rings. Set aside
- Peal garlic and slice each clove into 3 pieces. Set aside
- Add butter,vegetables and seasonings and mix well
- Add raw shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink.
- Reduce heat to low, add water and simmer for 20 min.
