Receta Spinach Pizza With Wheat Crust

Ingredientes
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- White flour
- Wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. minced spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
- 4 ounce sliced mushrooms
- 8 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tomatoes, sliced thin
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- Dissolve yeast in mix of water, sugar and 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil. Add in flours (half each) and stir till ball forms. Knead 10 min adding flour as needed. Place in oiled bowl and turn bottom side up so top is oiled. Let rise till nearly double (covered with towel in warm place).Punch down and spread on 12 inch round pizza pan and well oiled fingers. Top with half of the Parmesan cheese followed by the rest of the toppings in order. End with remaining Parmesan cheese to taste. Bake at 475 degrees about 10-12 min.
