- 3 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- Filling:
- Lemon curd (From Trader Joe's)
- Over the Top Spring Green Sixlets~
- 1. Preheat oven to 325°
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 2. In a large bowl,
- Stir together sweetened condensed milk, egg white,
- Place a tablespoon of warmed lemon curd filling in the "nest"
