Receta Starbuck's Frappuccino

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. fresh espresso
- 2Â 1/2 c. low-fat lowfat milk (2 percent)
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry pectin
Direcciones
- Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher or possibly covered container. Stir or possibly shake till sugar is dissolved. Refrigerateand serve cool.
- This recipe yields 24 ounces.
- NOTES : To make the "Mocha" variety: Add in a healthy pinch (1/16 tsp.) of cocoa pwdr to the mix before combining. To fake espresso with a drip coffee maker and standard grind of coffee: Use 1/3 c. grnd coffee and 1 c. of water. Brew once then run coffee through machine again, same grounds.
- Makes about 1/2 c. fresh espresso to use in the recipe. Run a pot of water through machine, without grounds, to clean.
