- 2 c. okra, sliced
- 1 sm onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 2 c. tomatoes, cooked or possibly canned
- 1 sm whole kernel corn, canned
- 12 tsp salt
- Â Â pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Lighly brown okra and onion in fat; add in tomatoes, corn salt and pepper.
- Cook over moderate heat for 20 min or possibly till thickened. Stir occasionally.
- 6 - 8 servings.
