Ingredientes

  • 10oz (300gr) cleaned shrimp
  • 8oz (240gr) asparagus, cut into 2″ (5cm) lengths
  • 4 – 6 green garlic, cut into 1″ (2.5cm) lengths
  • 1 medium leek, trimmed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame or walnut oil
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) chicken stock
  • 2 tbs dry sherry
  • 1 tbs cornstarch (Maizena, corn flour) dissolved in
  • 2 tsp light tbs soy sauce plus 1 tbs water
  • Basmati Rice:
  • 1/2 cup (3.3oz, 95gr) Basmati rice
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp sesame or walnut oil
  • 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) chicken stock
