Receta Strawberry Banana Smoothies

Ingredientes
- 2 x ripe bananas
- 8 lrg strawberries
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. nonfat strawberry yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Direcciones
- Cut bananas into 1-inch pcs. Rinse strawberries and remove stems. Freeze till hard, about 2 hrs.
- Combine bananas, strawberries, orange juice, yogurt and honey in blender till smooth. Pour into chilled glasses. Serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
