- Grated zest of 2 Lemons
- For the Strawberry Cream Filling
- 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 to 6 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 2 Cups Crème Fraiche
- 2/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Confectionersâ Sugar for dusting
